My company is pushing more and more towards social networking within our intranet. I keep explaining to them that it's only available in MOSS and not WSS but the cost for us to implement MOSS is pushing £250k, not small change!! So I was wondering, has anyone found a way of being able to create a 'user profile' similar to 'My Site' in MOSS? ...

Does anyone know of the possabilty of intigrating video conferencing within WSS or even 2010 Foundation/Server? From my initial thoughts I would assume that within 2010 it would be best to use a Silverlight application to achieve this.
