Hi Pritin I spotted your post by accident looking for the next Midlands user group. You don't have to become a dev to become a SharePoint professional there is certainly need for IT Pro's as well as Dev to compliment each other. I would attend a user group and speak to the orgainisers (Tony & Mark) as well as others such as my old company ...
