Well we can always have a few Beers before the event.  It might test your presentation skills though....

Actually, we normally head off to a pub only five minutes away for a quick one afterwards!  Everyone is of course invited!  I'm sure we can fit a quick slurp in somewhere over the course of the evening!

It should be a very interesting presentation session, so I hope we can muster a very good turnout.
