My Client is Actively searching a Sharepoint Portal Office Server 2007 Expert to work on an Enterprise Wide Project for one of Europes leading Investment Banks.
Sharepoint Expert will have to demonstrate a specific profile described below:
Period mission
Start Date : ASAP
Duration : 1 year. Depending on the project it could be renewed for 1 year
Language requirement
Dutch and English.
French is an added value.
Localisation of the job
Location: Woerden/Amersfoort
Mobility: flexibility is required to travel to Brussels (min. once a week)
Required knowledge and experience

University graduate.

Mandatory: Strong team player, communicative
Preferable: Good writer
Business experience required Financial services industry, preferably insurance
Mandatory: 2-4 years of professional experience as a MS
software architect
Preferable: Knowledge of web infrastructure

application frameworks

Functional experience required
Mandatory: Certified .NET architect
Preferable: Previous experience in a development support

Objective of the job
As Sharepoint / .NET architect assist SDS/Frameworks define a MOSS architecture for application
development and the integration of this platform within the IT landscape. A mapping of this
architecture to a concrete framework to aid and simplify portal development is a second objective.
Interoperability of this technology for re-use of applications is a third objective.
The concrete tasks will involve:
- Help define/design a viable SharePoint architecture
- Write guidelines on this architecture
- Specify and assess (and assist in implementation) development framework to aid MOSS development
- Define proof-of-concept studies to investigate the impact of certain choices.
