Hi, I need some assistance in finding the right Microsoft Sharepoint partner to work with:
I am leading a Sharepoint 2010 project with 2 facets:

1. Infrastructure Design for a new Sharepoint 2010 environment
2. Migration approach and potential gotcha’s running 2010 in 2007 compatibility mode

What am I looking for help around is finding connections with partners who have done this recently, have experience in this field and are happy to have a discussion with me. Also any companies in the Microsoft partner network who specialise in this area as opposed to the web parts and development area.

Hi,

There should be lots of partners who can help you with this project, as it is fairly standard requirements. You will find that many partners do both infrastructure and development. My advice would be work with a partner local to your area, speak with their technical lead, and ask to speak to one of their customers who has had a similar project.

Where are you based as an organisation, and I will suggest someone local to yourself.
