MySite - What's happening - clickable url - not

All,
If you post a full url into the "what's happening" (status) bubble, it's not clickable.
Also seems the same if I post the link onto mySite Notice Board.
Is this correct or has a setting been enabled or disabled?
If links can be clickable, users will use Mysites more.
Thanks

Posted on MSN formum too. Answer is
here
.It's by design. So unlike other social networks i.e. Facebook, Linkedin, urls aren't clickable. Can't see the users being too happy.
