Hi everyone

In a slight departure from some of our more traditional meeting formats we're offering a FREE trip to the flicks!

From 12th to 16th April Microsoft are running UK Tech Days 2010, "a week of free technology events for developers, IT professionals and IT managers" (http://www.microsoft.com/uk/techdays/). In support of this event and the SharePoint Evolutions 2010 conference (http://www.sharepointevolutionconference.com/) we have organised a private screening for a short Microsoft informational trailer with more information on their latest technology releases followed by a full feature length screening of Clash of the Titans (2010). We can then retire to a local establishment to discuss Ralph Fiennes, Liam Neeson and maybe even SharePoint over a SharePint or two!

The evening will be hosted at the Showcase Cinema in Reading (Loddon Bridge, Reading Road, Winnersh, Wokingham, RG41 5HG), arrive at 6pm for a 6.30pm start. We'll have an hour for an informal group chat over pizzas discussing the imminent Microsoft releases. Courtesy of Microsoft we have some great swag to give away and then at 7.30pm we can settle down to the feature movie!

Extra special thanks must go to Steve Smith and Mark Macrea for making all this possible and to Combined Knowledge (organisers of the SharePoint Evolutions 2010 conference) and Microsoft for funding the evening and supplying swag.
