Im not sure how deeep I want to investigate this, but a number of our users are experiencing a delay in files being presented in sharepoint.
We have a reporting portal which uses a webservice to upload a document (pdf/xls/doc) to sharepoint for our quality assurance team, who then check the report before sending it on to a client.
however these users are noticing a delay in reading the files uploaded, the webservice uses WebDAV.
Does anyone know or can think of a reason that might casue a substantial delay 5 minutes is substantial in my eyes (I've looked at the basics ie users not refreshing the screen / refreshing too eaerly etc)
