SharePoint User Group UK

Is there enough interest and people around to warrant South West regional meetings, being in Bristol myself it would be nice to have some meetings over our way.

I know a lot of time, work and effort goes into the meetings but would be willing to Champion it if possible and people are interested

I'm in Herefordshire which is strictly Midlands, but Bristol is far more accessible to us than the likes of Nottingham.  Keep me posted on this :)

I have also just joined the user group and am in Yeovil at the moment so Bristol would be fine for me.

I'm in Newport (Wales), so if there was something going on in Bristol (or nearer, I maybe able to come over).

Are there any other Sharepoint users in Wales???

I lead a team of SharePoint developers working out of Cardiff.  Personally i tend to operate as a solutions consultant and technical architect working on SharePoint Solutions.  To this end I would be very interested in more local events, Bristol is good for me.  I would also think a number of my team may also attend a more local meeting.

With business travel being restricted London meetings tend to be difficult to attend.

I am based in our Bristol offices, but seem to spend most of my time on the M4 to Reading/Bracknell, or the train to London!

Having said that, I would be interested in South West meetings, as I cannot always get to the London ones.

I've just started in the world of SharePoint development having been a c# developer for years and would be interested in getting together with other people.

I woud be interested in a meeting in Bristol as well.

We might have some good news for all those interested in a Bristol meeting, Ian Woodgate is now in charge of 'The South' and I am going to be helping him out in Bristol. We are looking to get a meeting booked in in the not too distant future, we will keep you posted.
