Hi
We are in the process of moving users from Exchange 2003 to 2007. We have some departments that previously maintained contact lists including both contacts and distribution lists in public folders. I know that public folders are now supported in 2007 but would like to try and avoid them if we can. I have created a contacts list on the team site and imported all of the individual contacts but can't see anyway of maintaining a shared distribution list that could link through to outlook?
Has anyone any ideas? I can link the contacts to outlook no problem and I can create a distribution list in local outlook contacts folder using the contacts in the sharepoint contacts list but obviously this isn't replicated to other team members.
If I do try to create a distribution list in outlook in the sharepoint contact list I get a permissions error even if I have full permission to the list.
Any assistance greatly appreciated
Thanks
Matt
