You must come from a solid .NET background programming in C#
Strong understanding and or commercial experience of the following: MOSS 2007, SharePoint 2003, WSS. This includes installation, configuration, customisation and extension.
Custom JavaScript, SQL Reporting Services
Understanding or commercial experience of K2 Workflows as an alternative to the Microsoft model.
Experience of integrating with other MS enterprise products.
