I have been working as a business analyst for the past 4 years in the banking field. I recently (in the past 2 years) got into SharePoint as part of my role and would like to get into the SharePoint field permanently.
I am very passionate about Sharepoint, which has been highlighted in my current role where I have implemented the Sharepoint tool within HR. I would like to have a long term career in this, but when i look for vacancies on the net they require coding/programming skills like.net, biztalk, c# etc which i dont have and puts me off applying for any SharePoint roles.
I am a hands on person and dont want to get into a developers role, instead consultancy or designer role would be great (LOCATED IN THE LONDON OR WATFORD AREA) and would like to work for a company, which will give me great career prospects in the Sharepoint Field (including training), with opportunity to work my way up.
