Very tongue in cheek Lee :), made me laugh "fishing net and .net", from a canidates point of view it's good to know that there are agents out there that understand there market, i get tired of answereing "do you know .net 1, what about .net 2 and do you know asp.net what about C#", showing that they clearly have no idea!

Your name keeps coming up with colleges so hopefully will work wtih you when my contracts up :), do i ask who's the chap in the bath lol
