Apologies if this is the wrong area to ask this question!
We have a master library that we do all of our edits and version control in.
Once a document has been approved for delivery to the end users, we use the "Send to" function to send the document to our "Live Library".
This all works well, and once a master has been updated, I can easily send it to the existing copies so that the old version is replaced.
But if I decide to remove the master from the Master Library, the live document remains available to the end user.
I'd ideally like the Live Library to update and go "Hmmm, this document doesn't exist any more, I'll delete it" but I can't see how to do this.
I've run a full crawl on the site once the master has been deleted, but the Live Document still remains available to the end user.
I've also cleared out the master docuement from both recycling bins.
Any suggestions/thoughts would be most welcome.
