We had a Sharepoint 2003 site set up on our local server which worked brilliantly. We now have to start using a site set up in the US and stuff seems to be missing from the toolbar menu on document libraries (no outlook, no explorer, no new word document, etc) even thougth I have been, apparently, set up as being in the "Full Control" group.
Searching the internet seems to indicate that someone has messed with the original templates - though I cannot get anyone to confirm this to me.
Can anyone confirm that this is the only way these bits woudl be missing (since it works perfectly with our local server site) or are there any options I can try in site settings or edit list - or indeed anywhere else?
