Hello, Jon here. First thanks to the organisers; this group seems quite interesting and knowledgeable.
Myself, I work for an international development agency. I got inducted into SharePoint when I started – in a completely non-IT/SharePoint role. Turned out I was good at figuring it out on my own, so now I’m the SharePoint trainer and user support go-to guy (best explanation I could come up with).
I’ve dabbled in designer, though mainly managing content and front-end user issues.
Will SharePoint 2010 make me redundant? If only…
