SharePoint User Group UK

We've got a small issue with our discussion boards.  For some reason the profile picture from a person's "MySite" doesn't appear next to a person's post on a board.

All that is shown is a standard microsoft picture.

Has anyone else experienced this and solved it?

What do you mean by Microsoft picture? The blank placeholder with a red cross in the corner or the silhouette outline of a person?
