SharePoint User Group UK

I'm looking for a video player that I can use to play movies in my SharePoint site.  I currently link to another site and use their player, but it keeps bringing up a message about unsecure data.  I would ideally like a free player that I could host on my SharePoint site to play the movies from so that it doesn't bring up this message. Does anyone know of any?

I found this site recently, and tried the flash player. They have a free media player as well ...

You could also do with a custom silverlight video player control
i believe there are some with free source code on codeplex
