    Blog Usage Report

    Hi,

    We have a blog on MOSS07 which we use for new business ideas.

    It is the standard - out of box setup - posts with comments (which goes through content approval)

    I have been asked to create a management report for the blog which does the following:

    Shows all posts (inc body) with comments (inc comment body) for the last month. I think this can be done just by ammending the views, this is where im stuck as I cant work out quite what todo.

    It would be like:

    Post
    {body}

    Comment
    {Comment Body}

    Another Post
    {Body}

    Another Comment
    {Comment Body}

    FOR THE LAST MONTH

    etc etc.

    Can anyone help me out with this?

    Many Thanks - James

    Re: Blog Usage Report

    Hi James

    You can filter a list and/or even create a filtered list view which could give you what your looking for, the question is wether the presentation of the list would suit your needs, but you could export it or create a report from it.

    This should help :  http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepointtechnology/HA011298651033.aspx
