I work as a business analyst in a large bank for the past 8 years and just recently in the past 2 years got into SharePoint as part of my role and would like to get into this permanently.
I am very passionate about Sharepoint and would like to have a long term career in this, but when i look for vacancies on the net they require coding/programming skills like.net, biztalk, c# etc which i dont have and puts me off applying for any SharePoint roles.
I have recently completed a Windows SharePoint Services 2007 just last week.
can anyone help as to getting into Sharepoint?
