Has anyone had any experience with MOSS Records Management and BIP0008 (Code of Practice for Legal Admissibility and Evidential Weight for Information Stored Electronically). We have a few clients that have come to us to find out if SharePoint Records Management will allow them to destroy the originals of documents and stay compliant, legally and with the HMRC.
It would appear that Records Management ticks most of the boxes, but I would be grateful if anyone has any real world deployments in place, or any advice. Both of the projects would be going up against INVU.
