Interesting obersvation today:
When you click 'site settings' from on a list view page in MOSS you will notice that there is no 'edit page' menu item, which makes sense, but there are some of us who like to add webparts to these pages and before this was a nightmare of schema files and site definitions in SPS 2003.
Today I used SD to dump a 'content editor' webpart into the dispform.aspx page in a custom list, when I visited the site in the browser and clicked the 'site settings' menu the 'edit page' menu item was there automatically - nice one.
We used to have to paste the 'modify page' control into these pages in SPS 2003.
