We've just posted the results of the SharePoint Survey - many thanks to those who completed it. Some interesting results - and as strange things are happening in the economy, some hints as to what skills may be worthwhile learning.
Workflow got an amazing high result - both as a component being used and also customized. If you're a developer get open visual studio and start learning SharePoint workflow. This can also been seen on the forums as there are quite a lot of workflow questions there.
